Welcome to Wbeesite Tech. By accessing our website or engaging our digital engineering, marketing, and design services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Engagement & Scope of Work
All projects, including web development, SEO, and digital marketing, will be executed based on a formalized Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon by both parties. Any tasks outside the initial scope will be subject to additional fees and require a revised agreement.
2. Payments, Deposits & Billing
As a specialized digital agency, our projects require extensive up-front resource allocation, architectural planning, and engineering bandwidth. Therefore:
- Project Deposits: An upfront deposit is required to initiate any project. Once technical architecture or marketing campaigns commence, deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Ongoing Retainers: Monthly retainers for SEO, marketing, and managed hosting are billed in advance. Overdue payments exceeding 15 days may result in the suspension of digital services or infrastructure.
- Setup Fees: Initial setup fees applied to marketing campaigns or infrastructure deployments cover direct operational costs and are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Chargebacks
If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client after commencement, all monies paid to date will be retained by Wbeesite Tech. If applicable, an additional invoice will be generated for billable hours completed beyond the initial deposit.
Requesting a chargeback or opening a payment dispute without valid legal grounds is a violation of these terms. All unauthorized chargebacks will be challenged legally, and any outstanding balances must be cleared before services are restored or project files are delivered.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full and final payment, intellectual property rights to the completed digital assets (excluding proprietary Wbeesite Tech frameworks, open-source code, or third-party licenses) will be transferred to the client. Wbeesite Tech retains the right to display the completed project in our public portfolio and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project start.
5. Hosting & Infrastructure Services
For clients utilizing our managed hosting services, billing cycles continue automatically until a formal cancellation notice is provided in writing. Wbeesite Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend hosting accounts that violate acceptable use policies, distribute malicious software, or remain in billing default.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wbeesite Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational capabilities, arising from the use of our services or infrastructure. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
